Self check out is great. Even better is there app which allows u to set up delivery of your items. During this pandemic and social distancing this is a great service. They offer a pay per delivery or a monthly subscription for 12 something. I found the monthly is great and well worth the trouble of going into the store and trying to stay 6 feet away from others.

An all around good place to do your shopping for whatever you need, I frequent this Walmart and it has always been a decent place 😁👍

My experience at Walmart is always enlightening. This time it was none the less as exciting. I was surrounded by the nicest employees. Very helpful the parking was unbelievably decent today. The store was not as clean as I think it should be. But it's not filthy.

Way better than the Walmart on Six Mile. Better stocked, produce looks better, less busy, fewer crazy people, only one guy not wearing shoes and one lady drunkenly stumbling around. If everything wasn't blue I might even think it was a Target. Staff was fine, however it took a long time in a short SELF checkout line (only one person handling 8ish self checkouts). ZERO open cashier checkouts. Maybe this only happens at midnight?

I have lots of mixed feelings about this particular Walmart. Some days everything is fine and runs smoothly and then there are days like today where the employees are downright rude as hell. We tried asking a simple question and we're repeatedly turned away. One employee told us it's not his problem because he was off the clock. I guess when you're off the clock you continue to bag groceries. Their saving grace was a young manager who was the most polite man I've ever met. He helped us right away. So, just beware of some of the customer service at this location. Unfortunately, it's more bad than good in most visits. I've worked in all kinds of customer service my whole life and still do and am always kind to everyone. Sometimes, I don't want to be. Bottom line, it's my job. Shop at your own risk.

Walmart is too busy adding self checkout to take care of their customers.

Most cashiers just swipe the item as quick as possible, give you the total, and send you on your way. Today Barbara F., cashier at N Fort Myers Walmart, had me smiling under my mask before I was even greeted. She was pleasant and engaging with her customers. She asked me how I preferred the bagging of my items. She went above checking people out in a line. She brightened my day. Thanks Barbara for your great service!

Walmart has great prices but never enough registers open. The lines are frustrating as heck. But I love the prices.

ITS OK.... I HAVE TO USE A ELECTRIC BUGGY SOME TIMES DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES, ID SAY PROB OUT OF 10 VISITS THERE WAS A BUGGY ABLE TO GO OUT OR AVAILABLE MAYBE 4 TIMES.. THERE STAFF IS AWARE HALF THE TIME OTHERS DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO SEND YOU TO LOOK... THE ELECTRONICS IS ALWAYS BUSY AND AGAIN ITS A 50/50 ROLL IF THERE GONNA BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.... MOST ISLES ARE CLEAR N CLEAN, MY BIGGEST ISSUE IS I LIKE TO WEAR HOT PANTS AKA LEGGINGS 90 PERCENT OF THE TIMES I LOOK THAT SECTIONS A HOT MESS, AND I NEED A 3X THEY NEVER HAD ONE PAIR A DAY IN MY LIFE😣😣.... PRODUCE SECTION YOU NEED TO WATCH I ALWAYS SPEND MOST TIME HERE MAKING SURE FRUITS NOT BRUISED OR BAD, POTATOES THE SAME, LETTUCE FOR SURE.... OTHER THAN THIS ITS OK, THEY HAVE A GREAT CANDLE/INCENSE SECTION, LOVE PERUSING THE ART SECTIONS... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE..

Great experience as always. Some locations do vary in Regards to prices, different items sold & customer service. This is one of my favorite spots.

After being unable to verified, since nobody answers the telephone; we drove 32 miles one way, to purchase a kayak, based on the online inventory. after checking the whole store we were unable to find it, naturally we asked one of the associates. His answer was, Don't believe what you see online!

I have a love hate relationship with wal mart. I always have a alful time there but l go back.

I love this Walmart Supercenter in Cape Coral. It's wonderful. I work there in the smart style hair salon. And you really couldn't ask for a more convenient place to buy everything you need whenever you need it. In-store and online. Mask mandate is now going on so I feel that it's safer and there's always Associates out on the floor cleaning and restoring the products on the shelves. I love Walmart , always have and always will. It's better more now than ever.

I feel Walmart needs to have the people who are not working a register stock shelves. This place is ALWAYS empty for a popular store.

It was a little crowded. The employees are trying to keep up with the products the shelf's are fairly sparse right now.

Well stocked but not the best area/ clientele. Looked cleanish to be expected from a busy large store. Much better idea to go to WalWart on Del Prado

Easy to navigate center for shopping. I like it because it's not a rough place place to shop.

It's not Walmarts fault on this location. Its just NFM, that's all.

All forced into one opening door. Need to open both entrances to stop forcing crowds to one entrance. Shopping carts you have to get yourself. Half the self checkout lanes closed. Always lines. That's why products are so cheap I guess.

Customer service is spotty depending on which asm is on duty. But all in all its not a bad place to shop... and you can't help the customer base you given.

I think Wal-Mart could do much better regarding best practices. One small wipe at door :( How about hand sanitation stations? Just saying

Wow can’t even post unless you rate them at least a one star. They not even worth a single star. This store location in North Fort Myers truly is very horrible. If your lucky you will get pleasant help by less then a handful who work there. None either like to or even know how to multi task. If you have a question on an item sorry to say your better off finding it your self. God forbid you ask for assistance and get it without an attitude, and forget about calling a WalMart store to see if they have an item before driving to a far out location. You be put on hold for 30 plus minutes then disconnected. The store is never stocked or never has any items you may be looking for. I go to the Winn Dixie right down the road and get better customer service.

The personal are friendly and do help you find what you came for. I find myself there more times than I can remember, a good place to shop.

Ive had a great experience every single time I've shopped at this location. staff is usually very helpful and if one staff member isn't sure they always find another that is. I recently visited the craft department to shop for a new sewing machine and a gentleman named Gilberto helped me. There weren't any machines on the sales floor but he mentioned they received a truck and would check to see if there were any in the back and thank god he came out 10 minutes later with a machine. he was super nice and helpful. Thank you Gilberto. and thank you to the entire team for working hard during these crazy times.

an ok trip to walmart, I'm not particularly fond of this store anymore, why does it feel like it is becoming like the south forth myers walmart which I would be scared to let my family shop there, I hope this store gets better soon.

This is what they talk about with scary Wal-marts... It's a toss-up on what you may encounter during your visit. I always put my mental blinders on when going here and make a direct bee-line for exactly what I came to buy and pay as little attention as possible to what's going on around me. This is my least favorite place to shop but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do to survive!

I was dreading having to come here the day before Thanksgiving but it wasn't so bad! It's 10:30am and a little busy but Wal-Mart employees are on top of it today! Very helpful! Very nice! I'm sure it will be busier later in the day today, but I wouldn't worry, they have it covered!
